For eight mornings leading into the Lion's Gate Portal on 8/8, we'll gather for 31 minutes of Long Ek Ong Kar. Long Ek Ong Kar is one of the great mantras of initiation. Through its eight sacred sounds, it is said to unlock the eight chakras, like a key opening the doors of an ancient temple. What has been blocked begins to move. What has been dormant begins to awaken. What has been stagnant begins to flow.

This meditation draws us into the deepest core of our being, where old stories, identities, and patterns can be released. Beneath them is something far more enduring: the radiant, instinctive, sovereign Self that has been there all along.
