Paris, 2022

For our first Benshen Immersion, we spent three days before Winter Solstice in Paris with our community joining us from around the world. We began with meeting 40 women joining us for the weekend on Friday night at the Louvre before practicing all day on Saturday in a gorgeous studio tucked away in the Marais. Our workshops were hosted by Benshen founder Desirée Pais, Birjiwan and Rose Theodora. On Sunday, we closed the weekend exploring the city together — coffee in cafes, wandering museums, and enjoying the simple magic of being together in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
