New York City

New York City is our home base — the place where Benshen has been shaped, grown and refined in real time. All of our immersions to date have been held in NYC at Live the Process, where we gather for full days of deep, devotional practice. These weekends are immersive by design: long-form trainings, layered teachings, and deeper practices that invite participants into real transformation rather than surface inspiration. Led by Benshen founder Desirée Pais, New York immersions have featured a rotating constellation of guest teachers over the years, including Siri Rishi, Chris Chen, Maria Cutrona, and Morgan Vickery. Together, we explore embodiment, ritual, leadership, and personal power through rigorous practice, intimate group work, and the unique alchemy that only New York City offers. These NYC immersions are where we go deepest — a return again and again to the core of the work, held in the city that continues to initiate us.
