  • Join founder of Benshen.coDesirée Pais for a powerful weekend of Kundalini Yoga + Meditation workshops for transformation. In true Venus style, these workshops will leave you feeling absolutely powerful, radiant, and dripping with vitality.

  • We are excited to announce Bonnie Crotzer, Founder of The Floss, will be joining us for the weekend! Bonnie will be teaching workshops that will deeply rejuvenate and revitalize as she guides you through Fascia Flossing.

  • All retreat guests will share a room/space with guests, making this the perfect opportunity to invite a friend or make a new one!

  • Transportation from NYC to Swan Lake, NY (The drive takes 2hrs, 10mins without traffic, please plan accordingly!)
