SADHANA | RAKHE RAKHAN HAR

DETAILS

For three mornings leading into the Fall Equinox, we’ll gather for 31 minutes of Rakhe Rakhan Har. This mantra is traditionally practiced as a prayer of protection, guidance, and grace, a reminder that we are divinely supported as we move through change. It contains the fierceness of a sword cutting through negativity and the beauty of 1,000 pearls and gems moving through your aura. Each morning, we’ll gather to meditate using the Rakhe Rakhan Har mantra to strengthen the energetic field, clear fear and uncertainty, and cultivate the steadiness to move into the next season with trust, knowing that even in the descent is where we can find the greatest and most magnificent jewels.

As we approach the Equinox, our practice is an invitation to become steady enough to release what has completed its season and receptive enough to recognize what is ready to emerge. The Equinox is a threshold: the moment when day and night stand in balance before the scales begin to tip toward the descent into dark, the more yin and introspective time of the year, where we go inward to gather energy and cultivate our visions.
