PEAK POTENTIAL: Solar Immersion with Desirée Pais + Tony Lupinacci
July 31st - August 6th, 2025
Join us for a week at Cocoon Portugal a 275 acre farm on Portugal's breathtaking Atlantic coast. You’re invited to linger in the pregnant pause of summer, feel the sun on your face, and celebrate the joy of having a human body!
Tony will guide you through Hatha Vinyasa classes that aim to help you reconnect with your body and move with intention. These saatvic (equanimous) classes are designed to ground your energy with longer holds and detailed physical cueing.
Desiree will teach Kundalini Yoga which focuses on awakening and balancing the energy centers along your spine. Her teachings blend movement, breathwork, and meditation in a way that’s both approachable and accessible.
This immersion is for anyone who wants to dive into community, reconnect with their practice, and experience the sweetness of Portugal at the peak of summer. All levels are welcome—

COCOON PORTUGAL - Situated on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal, near the charming fishing village of Zambujeira do Mar, in the Alentejo region, which is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline and charming white-washed villages. From Lisbon, Cocoon is about two hours drive south, entirely dependent on how many espressos you’ve had. (from Faro, slightly closer) The ocean, with bluffs, trails, and sandy coves, is a 15 minute drive away.
*Please note that Cocoon is in a gorgeous and lush yet semi remote area. Getting around is best by renting a car. If you are coming solo, we can help connect you with other retreat guests if anyone wants to share a car rental. See more about what’s included here!
