About Our Retreats

Our retreats are a combination of workshops and meditations mixed with plenty of time to rest, relax, and restore with other incredible women from our BENSHEN community. Join us for a magical three day weekend in the Catskills!

FALL RETREAT | November 21st - 23rd
Upstate, NY

WEEKEND SCHEDULE

Friday

Our first evening together begins with a nourishing group dinner prepared by our retreat chef at 6pm. Desirée will end the evening with a deep meditation + workshop to settle us into the weekend. We finish the evening with hot chocolate, s’mores by the fire, and stargazing under the Upstate sky.

8pm • EVENING WORKSHOP

Saturday

We begin the morning with sunrise meditation/sadhana led by Desirée followed by breakfast. Then it’s time to Venus! Take a dip in the hot tub, head into town, relax and read your favorite book by the lake. We have dinner together followed by a magical workshop led by the weekend guest teacher!

Our final together morning begins with sunrise meditation/sadhana led by Desirée followed by a nourishing breakfast prior to check out at 11am!
