"BEAUTY IS THE REFLECTION OF THE SOUL. WHEN IN COMPLETE BALANCE AND RADIATING FROM THE HEART, WALKING IN A PATH OF BEAUTY BECOMES THE WAY OF LIFE."

RITUAL • What are your daily inner + outer rituals to cultivate beauty and radiance?

My daily ritual starts with sleep-making sure I get a lot of it. Upon waking I begin a morning meditation by burning palo santo to clear my space and aura. Post-meditation, I drink a huge glass of lemon water to alkalize and replenish hydration. I then prepare my favorite morning brew of Anandamide by Sun Potion. I dry brush daily before showering and use Flora Apothecary's Garden Soap and scrub with their Deva Body Polish. Post shower I moisturize with La Tierra Sagrada Treatment. I love the coconut oil for my skin. I use the Treatment as a hair ritual every week and every new moon. Daily I spray the La Tierra Sagrada Salt Spray in my hair for texture and body. For my face I use Neroli Serum from Poppy and Someday as well as their Gypsy Rose Toner Spray for added hydration.

NOURISH • What are your staples for beauty + wellness + radiance?

**ANY AND ALL THINGS FROM MOONJUICE AND SUNPOTION**

The ingredients sourced are highly vibrational, unparalleled to anything out there. I like radiating on that level, so I try to keep my daily intake of food/drinks equal to their frequency.

BODY • How do you keep your body healthy, strong, and powerful?

Lately I have been coasting on a spiritual plane, so Kundalini yoga has become my co-pilot, along with other practices I've picked up along my journey. I work a lot with the medicine of the grandmother, daily connections with nature are vital for my purpose is spreading her wisdom. Hikes, walks, runs, swims. Any path to feel the Earth beneath my feet, the wind in my hair, the waters on my skin, or the warmth of grandfather sun, I'll follow. This is where the true teachings can be heard.

MIND • How do you stay grounded, confident, and centered in this modern day craziness we call life?

Meditation. Meditation. Meditation. And any and all spiritual practices that help connect to source, and find balance within.

SPIRIT • BENSHEN means 'root of the spirit' - how do you root your spirit into your life, which in turn, keeps your body beautiful, healthy, and radiant?

Creating a bridge in all that you are, all that you stand for, and creating something from within to share the with the world in order to create awareness and consciousness. Daily prayer, connection, community and taking responsibility to integrate and share the light and the wisdom is spirit in practice. Rooted. Balanced. And in complete Love.
