RITUAL • What are your daily inner + outer rituals to cultivate beauty and radiance?

Every morning before I get out of bed, I smile and say Thank you.  Everyday is another chance to change your story. Life sets the stage and we write the script.  I like to wake up early and do my best to drink a glass of water and usually make  a cup of coffee or hot lemon water with Cayenne Pepper. Then, I go outside and lay on my day bed, close my eyes and listen to nature while enjoying the sun for about 30 minutes. It's my form of mediation and appreciating the simplicity of beauty around me. I like to try and do this before I look at my computer or phone.

NOURISH • What are your staples for beauty + wellness + radiance?

I eat a lot of vegetables and fish. In the morning, I usually make  one egg with avocado toast, oatmeal, or a smoothie of some sort. For dinner, I like to make anything curry - fish, soups, with coconut rice or Quinoa and pesto salads. I love pesto.

For beauty, I  wash my face with SAY YES TO CARROTS and use vitamin E and Avocado oil as a moisturizer for my face, body and hair. Before I leave or start my day I put a dab of lavender oil on my temples to help keep my mind calm and grounded. I can't leave the house without my Covet Cult perfume "Aprilis" which we just recently launched. Its all natural using oils from Tobacco, Tobacco Flower, Santal and Tonka. Its Magic!

BODY • How do you keep your body healthy, strong, and powerful?

I go to Pilates about twice a week and Hot Vinyasa flow 5-6 times a week. Its church for my mind and body, I feel off without it.

MIND • How do you stay grounded, confident, and centered in this modern day craziness we call life?

I try to meditate everyday. I speak my truths and desires into existence and express my gratitude. Imagining as if the things I desire, I already have really helps. While driving, I'll listen to Abraham Hicks 15 minutes abundance meditation. Sometimes on repeat!

SPIRIT • BENSHEN means 'root of the spirit' - how do you root your spirit into your life, which in turn, keeps your body beautiful, healthy, and radiant?

I recently wrote and illustrated a deck of meditation cards . You pull one a day to get a clear understanding of the energies you are pulling and what you should meditate on. I like to do this before I start my day or go to bed. Getting out in nature also helps ground me. If I feel stagnate emotionally or creatively, it instantly calms me and helps to clear blockage.
