RITUAL • What are your daily inner + outer rituals to cultivate beauty and radiance?
Lemon water. Yogurt + honey mask when I am seeing inflammation. Pangea scrub or mask mixed with honey to exfoliate. Always Benshen Serum No.1 oil with Blue Chamomile or Pangea Balancing Oil.

NOURISH • What are your staples for beauty + wellness + radiance?
Water, water, water. Dark leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables at least once a day. Gluten-free all the time keeps my body happy. Wild Sockeye Salmon several times a week, smoked or cooked by me. Eggs almost daily work well for my constitution. Lemons in my water. Low-sugar Kind bars + low-sugar dark chocolate are my sweet, sweet treats.

BODY • How do you keep your body healthy, strong, and powerful?
Practice, every single day. Little movement, few asanas, and some kriyas.

MIND • How do you stay grounded, confident, and centered in this modern day craziness we call life?
Meditation, twice a day.  And while Jill Miller's Yoga TuneUP balls are really about the body, I use them to dissolve chronic tension in my body, so really, they serve as a very real calming agent for my mind.

SPIRIT • BENSHEN means 'root of the spirit' - how do you root your spirit into your life, which in turn, keeps your body beautiful, healthy, and radiant?
I always apologize and try to move through tough moments as quickly as possible - that's how I root my spirit into my life. My meditation teacher Thom Knoles taught me that the best thing I can do when I'm reactive is just be done with it as fast as possible - and that helps me stay grounded and available to the highest in myself.
